South Jakarta National Unity and Politics Sub-agency (Suban Kesbangpol) empowers elements of society to participate in socializing 3M (wearing mask, maintaining safe distance, and washing hands) to the residents.

South Jakarta Suban Kesbangpol Head, Dirhamul Nugraha conveyed, after Large-scale Social Restriction (PSBB) is implemented in Jakarta, his side together with South Jakarta Forkopimko have intensified coordination with Ormas, FKUB, FKDM, Karang Taruna, and other youth organizations to socialize health protocols to the residents in order to prevent COVID-19 transmission.

"We build coordination with the others to reduce COVID-19 cases in South Jakarta," he mentioned, Thursday (8/20).

Officers Monitor Health Protocols Implementation in Kelapa Island

According to him, his side coordinated routinely with around 178 community elements virtually.

He informed that several communities and youth organizations in South Jakarta have gone directly to the community to socialize, distribute masks, and carry out disinfectant spraying.

"Next, we will coordinate with MUI and South Jakarta DMI to make people more aware about this issue thus more people can implement 3M seriously," he stated.
